With<br>over 20 books on Urdu research and criticism and more than 600 articles published in reputed<br>journals in India and abroad, his work is globally recognized. Many of his books have been<br>published by esteemed institutions and national publishers, with some included in the<br>curriculum of the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh and various universities<br>across the country.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A polyglot, Dr. Alam is proficient in Hindi, English, Urdu, Arabic, and Persian, demonstrating<br>a deep command of languages. Many of his original and translated works are prescribed in<br>prestigious universities, and several editions of his notable books, Political Theory, Television<br>Interview, and Bazaar-e-Adab, have been published. His book (Ghair Muslim Aashiqane Urdu<br>aur Wast-e-Hind) was awarded by the Uttar Pradesh Urdu Academy, while his research work<br>Wast-e-Hind Mein Urdu Adab received a State Award, and Tehzeeb won a National Award<br>from the Madhya Pradesh Urdu Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His compilation Aitbaar-e-Adab, based on the literary work of the renowned poet Manzar<br>Bhopali, is highly regarded in literary circles. His extensive academic contributions have<br>earned him recognition from prestigious literary institutions in India and abroad. Additionally,<br>his articles have been published in Hindi and English, further showcasing his versatility as a<br>writer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 26 years of experience in journalism, Dr. Alam has been actively involved in<br>journalism and served as a Special Correspondent for ETV Urdu and News 18. He has also<br>rendered significant service to teaching and research in Urdu literature for over three decades<br>and is frequently invited to deliver extension lectures at central universities and academic<br>centers across India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Alam is a Board of Studies member at MLB College, Bhopal (M.P.), Dr. P.A. Inamdar<br>University, Pune, Maharashtra, and an Honorary Professor at Jagran Lakecity University,<br>Bhopal (M.P.). His reputation as a journalist, intellectual, and academic administrator places<br>him among the leading figures in the literary and journalistic community, embodying the rich<br>tradition of poets like Ghalib, Mir, Dagh, Faiz, and Firaq Gorakhpuri.
